The Thinco Active program works the same way as the Thinco VLCe Program with additional calories in the form of extra protein. The Thinco Active dosage is 2 capsules per day instead of 1. 1 before breakfast and 1 before lunch or dinner. You will also need an extra serving of protein per day.
